ENERGY FINANCIAL GROUP, through its specialized personnel, provides complete services at the level of Editing and Submission of a complete application for Candidates in INTERNATIONAL OPEN SUCCESSFUL TENDERS, regarding the implementation of Published Acts of the Contracting Authority.
More specifically, the services provided focus on the following areas:
- Guidance in the context of a Digital Certificate release
- Collection of all required Legalization-Financial Data
- Assist the Dynamic Purchasing System registration process (if applicable)
- Assisting in the issuance of the necessary documents regarding the procedure for the establishment of the Technical Offer
- Assisting in the creation of the necessary documents regarding the procedure of recommending the Financial Offer
- Submission of Technical and Financial Offer on electronic and physical protocol
Concentration - Creation and submission of the required Proof of Proclamation on electronic and physical protocol
- Monitoring the Award Process and Customer Support until the signing of the Final Project Award Agreement with the Competent Authority
With the sole purpose of financing the Candidate Beneficiary’s Project, the Services provided focus on:
- In the guidance, with regard to the preparation and creation of all the necessary documents needed to ensure the participation of the interested party in the Contest
- In the guidance, regarding the preparation and creation of all the necessary documents regarding the submission of Technical-Financial Offer
- The continuous support / submission of the supporting documents, with the main purpose of signing the Final Project Award
